Welcome to the 2nd X-Omics Newsletter, which aims to bring you a summary of activity within the X-Omics project over the last year. The first newsletter was in July 2005, devoted to reporting on the first Bioinformatics Workshop in Orsay the previous month. Welcome to the 3rd X-Omics Newsletter, which aims to bring you a summary of activity within the X-Omics project over the last eighteen months.

A Replacement X-Omics Bioinformatician Mikkel Christensen has taken over from Jia Tian, to work on the X-Omics project alongside Mike Gilchrist in Cambridge.
He will be working, amongst other things, on the Xenopus Gene Catalogue, and the image annotation tool, both of which were discussed at the recent Gottingen meeting (see below). Mikkel (...)
